We build the site first and put it online, then invite the business owner to see it. If they want it, they claim it. If they don't, they pay nothing and we take it down.

Optional after the website purchase: inbound call coverage

Voice service is not included in the $397 purchase, is not selected at website checkout and is never activated from implied consent. From the private owner page, a customer may request a free setup and test. Only after that test passes can they separately choose $149 monthly, $1,490 annually or Not now. A selected service can ring the customer's own phone first, cover missed inbound calls and provide a monthly call-outcome record.

The $397 is charged once at checkout and the finished site belongs to the customer. Voice is a separate post-purchase decision: after a free setup and successful test, the customer may explicitly select $149 monthly or $1,490 annually (two months free), or choose Not now. Website checkout creates no voice plan or recurring consent. Recurring billing begins no earlier than day 30. Prices are in US dollars.

Refunds and cancellation

90-day money-back guarantee. If a customer is unhappy for any reason within 90 days of purchase, we refund the $397 site purchase and voice charges in full, no questions asked. The finished site remains the customer's.

Cancel voice anytime. Monthly or annual voice service can be cancelled through the secure customer billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee; annual plans are not prorated after the 90-day guarantee window. The website and customer-owned domain remain live in the last approved version.

How we reach business owners

We identify contractors from public records and public business listings, then verify businesses whose existing website is not working. We build a replacement for those businesses and contact the owner by postal mail or email with a private claim link. Every message identifies us, gives our postal address, and includes a working way to opt out. We honour opt-out requests permanently.
