Privacy policy

What we collect

We keep public business facts and their source, contact information supplied by the owner, site and domain configuration, billing identifiers from Stripe, call routing details, and inbound call records needed to deliver and report the voice service. Call records may include caller ID, outcome and a speech transcript when the caller leaves a message; Ever Bright Lane does not retain call audio. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

We use the data to publish and maintain the purchased site, connect a customer-owned domain, route and report inbound calls, process support and billing requests, prevent abuse, and keep an operational audit trail.

Providers

Stripe processes payments, Cloudflare serves and secures websites, Twilio routes calls, and Resend delivers transactional email. Each receives only the information needed for its part of the service.

Choices

Owners can request correction of business facts, cancel voice in the billing portal, use the guarantee when eligible, or ask for privacy assistance at support@everbrightlane.com. Outreach opt-outs are honored permanently.
