Who provides the service
Ever Bright Lane is a brand owned and operated by Braza Labs. Stripe receipts and bank statements may identify the merchant as BRAZA LABS.
Website purchase
The $397 one-time payment purchases the generated website and one complete revision round for customer-provided logo, real photos, factual wording and colors. The customer may download the current static HTML from the private owner page. The site remains published in its last approved version after voice cancellation or a guarantee refund.
Voice service
The customer selects $149 monthly or $1,490 annually for inbound call routing, message capture and reporting. Recurring billing starts no earlier than 30 days after purchase and only after the line is provisioned and a test call passes. It renews until cancelled.
Cancellation and guarantee
Voice renewal can be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal without a cancellation fee. Service continues through the paid period; annual plans are not prorated after the 90-day guarantee window. Within 90 days of the website purchase, one request refunds the $397 website payment and any voice payments made during that period. Voice is cancelled; the finished website remains the customer's and stays published.
Domain and customer material
Connection of one supported customer-owned domain is included with the website purchase. The customer registers, pays for and controls that domain in their own registrar account. The customer confirms they have the right to provide logos, photos and other material submitted for publication. Domain registration and renewal fees are not included.
